Return and Refund policy

Refunds will be limited to the original purchase price paid. The sum will be refunded to the same credit or debit card account used to make the initial payment.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the Book Addcits will immediately make arrangements to process the refund. This should take between three and five working days to clear.

The item(s) should be returned Book addicts  in the exact state that they were initially deliveredBook Addicts will cover the cost of the return of any items that have arrived not as described on our website. For all other items, the customer is expected to deliver the book back to us at their own expense.

We pay regress attention for the quality of the books. Each book pass through a three stage quality check process but please note that that the books are shop soiled and may not be in mint condition however, if you are not satisfied with the book, replacement request can be generated within 15 days of the book delivery. Replacement can only be provided in the case of other copy is available.
